Your First Visit
We’re so happy you’ve decided to take your health back. The first thing you can do to prepare for your appointment at Carbondale Chiropractic Center is to download the necessary forms, fill them out, and have them ready to bring with you.
If you aren’t able to do this, we are more than happy to help you in the office. Simply let us know when you book your appointment and we’ll remind you to come in a bit early to take care of the paperwork in person.
Once you’re here, you can expect:
- A brief introduction to the practice
- A tour of the office
- To see the doctor right away for an examination
- Probable X-rays
- And to schedule a second visit to hear the doctor’s report
Your Second Visit
When you come back to hear the doctor’s report, you can expect us to:
- Talk about your condition
- Tell you if we can correct it
- Explain how long it will take
- Discuss what your care plan will entail in the way of rehabilitation and cost
- Answer all your questions
